WHAT IS FRED'S RETURN POLICY?

Fred understands you want to try his colourful and original clothing.
This is why Fred offers a 14 day return policy, starting from the date you have received the order.
All garments should be unworn and all tags should still be attached.
With every return Fred needs a return form.
The return form can be downloaded here. After you've filled in the return form,
you can return your item(s) to Fred's headquarters.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

When you need another size, Fred asks you to order the correct size in a new order,
and return the wrong size afterwards with Fred's return form. 

CAN I RETURN A DAMAGED GARMENT?

Yes, Fred accepts damaged garments within one month of purchase. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN?

Yes, unfortunately Fred can't provide this for you yet. 
You can return your order with the parcel service you like.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When Fred receives your return, he will check the return form,
and the item(s) will be refunded within two working days.
